Many buyers know the problem: you pay for the cells, then the courier asks for import duties, VAT and customs fees on delivery. If you are in the EU, this does not happen with us.

Most of our cells are made in China. We import them into the EU ourselves and clear customs in Italy before shipping them to you. That is why EU customers always receive one final, all-inclusive delivered price.

We ship worldwide, including Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. Your quote includes the cells and delivery to your address. Import duties, local VAT and customs fees in your country are not included and are paid on arrival under local rules. If needed, we can help you estimate them before you order.
Prices shown are indicative, per cell, and exclude VAT and shipping from China. Cell prices change with the market and with the quantity ordered, so the exact price is the one in your quote.
Cells are sold in multiples of 4, with a minimum of 4 cells: 4, 8, 12, 16 and so on. Four LiFePO4 cells make one 12V battery.
When you accept the quote, we send you a pro forma invoice and you pay by bank transfer. Cells in stock in Europe can also be bought directly on litio.store, with all the payment methods available there.
Lithium and sodium cells are classed as dangerous goods for transport. We pack and declare them under the ADR rules for road transport and ship them with carriers authorised to carry them.
