02What data we collect

When you send a quote request: first and last name, company name, VAT number and, for Italian companies, SDI code or PEC, email address, phone number, delivery address, notes, and the cells and quantities you selected. When you simply browse the site, the hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and to keep the service running.

03Purposes and legal basis

To prepare and send your quote and answer your questions (pre-contractual measures taken at your request, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); to process the order and issue invoices if you accept the quote (performance of a contract and legal obligations, Article 6(1)(b) and (c)); to protect the security of the site (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not carry out profiling.

04Who processes the data

Our staff and the technical providers acting as data processors: the site hosting provider, the email provider and the provider of the database where requests are stored. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; in that case, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Data may also be shared with carriers and banks, only as needed to deliver and invoice an order.

05How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months, so that we can follow up on your request, and are then deleted. Order and invoicing data are kept for 10 years, as required by Italian tax and accounting law.

06Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a copy of your data in a portable format, by writing to info@litio.store. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority in your country.

07Providing your data

Fields marked as required are needed to prepare an accurate quote. Without them we cannot process your request.
