Are the cells genuine?
Yes. We only sell original cells from the manufacturer named on each product page. We do not sell relabelled, rewrapped or counterfeit cells.
Why can't I pay directly on this site?
Cells are usually bought in quantity, and the final cost depends on your country, customs and VAT. With a quote we can give you one exact price including delivery, with no surprises. Cells in stock in Europe can also be bought directly on litio.store.
Will I have to pay customs charges or import VAT on delivery?
Not if you are in the European Union: we import the cells ourselves and your quote includes everything. Outside the EU, duties and taxes in your country are paid on arrival.
What is the minimum order?
4 cells, then multiples of 4: 4, 8, 12, 16 and so on.
Can my company buy without VAT?
Yes. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced at 0% VAT (reverse charge). Italian businesses pay Italian VAT at 22%.
How long does delivery take?
10–20 days from payment for cells in stock in Europe. For cells shipped from China, the delivery time is stated in your quote and is usually 3–4 months by sea.
